Your revenue is leaking.
We show you where.
Work that never reaches the invoice. Discounts that keep running. Customers who leave without a word. The Revenue Audit puts an amount on every leak and gives you a plan to close it.
- For companies from €2M in revenue
- Done personally by the founder, nothing to connect
- Less leakage than it costs? You pay nothing

Where does revenue actually leak?
No fraud, no big mistake. Small things that happen every week, between two departments or two systems. The audit looks at eight places. Pick one.
Work delivered, never invoiced.
Your engineer does an extra hour. It is in the time sheet, but not on the invoice. Once is nothing. Every week, at every customer, it is real money.

How the audit finds it: we put your hours next to your invoices and work out what falls through each year.

Four steps. You connect nothing.
- 01
Five blocks of questions
Together we go through your profile, figures, organisation and departments. The questions adapt to your company.
- 02
Analysis
Your answers go through AI plus our own judgement. We look for where revenue gets stuck, across eight areas.
- 03
Every leak in euros
Each finding gets an amount, with the calculation next to it, and a priority.
- 04
Your roadmap
What to fix, in which order, and what it brings. We walk through it with you.
| Finding | Area | Per year | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billing | €47,775 | High | |
Calculation15 hours a week × €65 × 49 weeks = €47,775 | |||
| Pricing | €31,500 | High | |
| Conversion | €27,300 | Medium | |

| Data quality | €8,600 | Low | |
Every leak an amount.
Every amount a plan.
A score per area, an amount per finding with the calculation next to it, and a roadmap ordered by what brings the most. The plan is yours.
If the audit finds less leakage than it costs, you don't pay.
You talk to the person who does the work.
- 01Done by the founder
Ricardo runs every Revenue Audit himself. No sales team, no handover to a junior.
- 02Nothing to connect
The audit runs in conversation and in the audit portal. You open up none of your systems.
- 03Money back
If the audit finds less leakage than it costs, you pay nothing.
- 04Careful with your data
Your answers are used for your audit only. Names never go to the AI: it receives pseudonymised figures. Every party involved is named in the data processing agreement.
What I am building next to it: RiOS.
The audit looks once. RiOS will do it continuously, inside the systems you already use: spot leaks as they appear, put an amount on them and help close them. I am building it myself, in the open. There is no beta yet.
AI monitoring: Will watch every connected revenue metric and flag a leak as soon as it appears.
Eleven parts that will go into RiOS. Pick one to see what it will do.
What you can count on once RiOS is live
- Your systems stay the source of truth
RiOS reads your CRM, billing and ad systems; it never replaces them.
- One annual agreement per company
The platform runs on an annual agreement for the whole company, never per user.
- Leaving is clean
Stop, and the data RiOS holds is deleted.
The questions every director asks first.
Revenue you have earned but never collect: work that never reaches the invoice, discounts that keep running, price increases that were never applied, customers who quietly leave. Research puts it at 1% to 5% of revenue, and higher in smaller companies.
Start with the free scan. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes if you answer honestly, and shows which areas carry the most risk for a company like yours. It commits you to nothing, and it tells you whether an audit is worth it.
€1,500, one-off. You get a report that puts every finding in euros, with the calculation next to it, and a roadmap ordered by what returns the most. The plan is yours. And if the audit finds less leakage than it costs, you pay nothing.
You fill in five blocks of questions in the audit portal. The questions adapt to your company, and you also note which systems you work with and how much time there is for improvement. Ricardo then works through your answers himself and talks the outcome through with you.
No. Nothing gets connected and you open up none of your systems. You answer questions; that is all. Your answers are used for your audit only. Names never go to the AI model that helps with the analysis; it receives pseudonymised figures, and every party involved is named in the data processing agreement.
Every amount is built from your own answers: hours, rates, volumes, prices. Each finding shows its calculation, and the method is public, so you can check every euro yourself. Where an answer is uncertain, you get a range instead of one number.
Companies under €2M in revenue. Below that, the leaks are usually too small to earn back the audit, and we would rather tell you that up front.
No. RiOS is a separate product that Ricardo is building now; there is no beta yet. Once it is live, it will do continuously inside your systems what the audit does once. The audit stands on its own and needs nothing else.
