AutoMaat, based in Barendrecht, the Netherlands, processes personal data you provide yourself through the contact form or by email: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
We use this data solely to contact you and to carry out our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored within the EU and kept no longer than necessary.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Send us an email to do so; we respond within one business day.
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all offers and agreements from AutoMaat relating to the Revenue Audit and the Revenue Intelligence OS (RiOS).
The Revenue Audit is delivered for a one-time, pre-agreed fee. The Revenue Intelligence OS is delivered under a monthly agreement per company, not per user, cancellable monthly during early access. Rates are set out per agreement.
AutoMaat works with read access to the client's systems wherever possible, and write access only after explicit approval. Results are measured in the client's own systems.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. We send the full terms and conditions by email on request.
